Shipping policy

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking information as soon as your order is in transit. All orders ship via USPS / UPS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. All packages are insured free of charge.

Any damages that may occur during transit will be fully refunded from the carrier once a claim has been filled and concluded. All of your shipping issues must be handled by USPS /UPS.
